As part of our support process you may be asked to supply the log files for your Untapped.gg Companion and MTGA.

You can find the Untapped.gg Companion log file at the following location. Make sure you can see hidden files:

C:\Users\&lt;username&gt;\AppData\Roaming\untapped-companion\log.log

You can find the MTGA log file at the following location:

C:\Users\&lt;username&gt;\AppData\LocalLow\Wizards Of The Coast\MTGA\Player.log

In Finder choose<code> Go &gt; Go to Folder</code>

In the dialog enter <code>~/Library/Logs/untapped-companion</code> and click <code>Go</code> 

This folder should contain a file called<code> log.log</code>

Next, open <code>~/Library/Logs/Wizards Of The Coast/MTGA</code>

This folder should contain a file called <code>Player.log</code>

Please share these two files with the Untapped.gg Support staff.
