As part of our support process you may be asked to supply the log files for your Untapped.gg Companion and MTGA.
Windows
You can find the Untapped.gg Companion log file at the following location. Make sure you can see hidden files:
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\untapped-companion\log.log
You can find the MTGA log file at the following location:
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\LocalLow\Wizards Of The Coast\MTGA\Player.log
macOS
In Finder choose
Go > Go to FolderIn the dialog enter
~/Library/Logs/untapped-companionand clickGoThis folder should contain a file called
log.logNext, open
~/Library/Logs/Wizards Of The Coast/MTGAThis folder should contain a file called
Player.logPlease share these two files with the Untapped.gg Support staff.
