Hearthstone Deck Tracker will not work correctly if Hearthstone or Battle.net is run with administrator privileges. This can sometimes happen after an update or a reinstall, and it's an easy fix:
Using your file explorer, browse to the install location of Hearthstone (usually at
C:\Program Files (x86)\Hearthstone, but you can follow the steps further below to find your custom install location)Locate the files called
Hearthstone.exe(orHearthstone) and open Right Click > PropertiesSwitch to the "Compatibility" tab
Ensure the checkbox labeled as "Run as Administrator" is not checked
Repeat the steps above for
Battle.net Launcher, usally located atC:\Program Files (x86)\Battle.net.
Now, restart Battle.net and Hearthstone Deck Tracker and you should be good to go!
If you have trouble finding the install location of Hearthstone you can follow these steps to locate it:
Launch Battle.net if it's not running, or click the tray icon to open it's window
Navigate to the Hearthstone tab and locate the "Options" cog next to the Play button
Click the cog and select "Game Settings"
Note down the INSTALL LOCATION of Hearthstone
