Why aren't the paid subscription features working in my deck tracker?

If you just purchased a subscription but aren't seeing your paid features, these troubleshooting steps should help.

If you purchased Premium, Tier7, or the Bundle subscription, here are some troubleshooting steps to get your features working properly:

  1. Check to make sure you're logged in to the HSReplay section of your deck tracker's settings. This is how the application knows about your subscription and will get those features live.

  2. Try logging out and back in of the HSReplay section in your deck tracker's settings.

  3. Make sure that you purchased the proper subscription. Premium unlocks all Standard and Arena paid features, Tier7 unlocks all Battlegrounds features, and the Bundle unlocks all paid features.
    ​If you purchased the wrong one by accident, reach out, and we'll help you get signed up for the right one!

  4. Check the other settings in your deck tracker to make sure that you've enabled the ones you're looking for.
