The My Stats page on Tier7 shows you your most recent matches as well as how well you're performing with different heroes. This page is available exclusively to Tier7 subscribers. As part of that page, all the matches you upload will be run through an additional analysis step so we can track your performance. You will only see games you play after subscribing to Tier7, as we will not have analyzed the games otherwise. If you've played some games after subscribing, try the following troubleshooting steps, depending on which application you're using:
HDT for PC
Update HDT to the latest version. Go to Options > Tracker > Settings > Check for Updates to make sure you've got the latest version installed.
Log in to the proper HSReplay.net account in HDT. You'll find this under Options > HSReplay.net > My Account
Make sure your Battlegrounds games are set to sync with your account. You'll find this under Options > HSReplay.net > Replays > Battlegrounds.
HSTracker for Mac
Update HSTracker to the latest version. Go to HSTracker > Check for Updates to make sure you've got the latest version installed.
Log in to the proper HSReplay.net account in HSTracker. You'll find this under HSTracker > Preferences > HSReplay > Replay Uploads
Make sure your Battlegrounds games are set to sync with your account. You'll find this under HSTracker > Preferences > HSReplay > Upload game modes > Battlegrounds
The My Stats section should usually update immediately but may take a few minutes in extreme cases. If nothing appears after visiting the page multiple times and you've tried all the steps above, reach out to us through a support ticket so we can look into your account further.
