If you are playing MARVEL SNAP on a mobile device you can still upload and synchronize your collection on Untapped.gg to have the ability to filter for Decks you can build with the cards you own! This process requires a one-time 4 step simple setup, that will then allow you to sync your MARVEL SNAP collection with just one click. Here's how it works.
Setting-up Untapped.gg Mobile Collection Sync for MARVEL SNAP
The Untapped.gg Mobile Collection Sync requires you to have an Untapped.gg account and be logged in to start the process. The Untapped.gg account doesn't necessarily need to use the same email as your SNAP account.
The whole process consists of 4 steps which we will explain in detail below:
Login / Create an account
Select the login method you use on MARVEL SNAP
Sign in to MARVEL SNAP using the selected login method
Copy the URL from the page after signing in to MARVEL SNAP into the modal and Submit.
That's it! Lets now explain every step in detail
Step-by-step guide to set up Mobile Collection Sync for MARVEL SNAP
You can start the 4-step Mobile Collection Sync set-up from 3 different places, and they will all follow the same process:
The Banner on the top of the page, just below the Game Mode selector:
The "Sync your collection" in most of our pages
The "Setup Mobile Account Syncin" button in your MARVEL SNAP Profile Settings, in the Account Settings menu
Once you start the process by clicking on any of those buttons you will be presented with a version of this Modal (it can vary if you are seeing it on Mobile or PC).
Since we have already mentioned the requirement of having an account and being logged in, Step 1 is marked with a green checkmark.
Step 2 requires you to select the method you use to log in to your MARVEL SNAP account. This is based on what account/login method you used to create your SNAP account and is not necessarily tied to the device you play with. Once you've selected Google or Apple login you will be directed to the second part of this setup process.
We will be covering the two options of how this setup continues depending if you use a. Google login or b. Apple login.
Google Login
2.a. Google Login: once you have selected your login method, you will be required to log in to MARVEL SNAP using the same credentials you use to log into the game, and then copy the URL from the page you get to after logging in.
To do that, click on the "Sign in with Google" button. If you have multiple Google accounts logged in on that device, you will need to specify which one is the one you use to log into MARVEL SNAP.
Upon selecting your account, you will see an error page that reads "This site can't be reached". Don't worry, this is intended. Once in that page, you need to copy the full URL starting with something similar to 127.0.0.1 (this number could be different).
3.a. After copying that URL, you need to go back to the Untapped.gg website and paste the URL in the field in step 3.
After pasting, click submit. If the process was successful, you will see a Collection Synced notice, meaning that you now have your MARVEL SNAP Collection uploaded to Untapped.gg.
If you get an error message, please try again, making sure you don't take more than 45 seconds between Signing in and submitting the copied URL since this URL expires.
Apple Login
2.b. Apple Login: If you use Apple Login for MARVEL SNAP, the process is equally simple, but with a minor variation. You will be required to log in to MARVEL SNAP using the same credentials you use to log into the game, and then copy the URL from the page you get to after logging in.
To do that, click on the "Sign in with Apple" button and then follow the Apple login process.
Upon completing the process, you will be redirected to an Apple page. Don't worry, this is intended. Once on that page, you need to copy the full URL from that page.
3.bb. After copying that URL, you need to go back to the Untapped.gg website and paste the URL in the field in step 3.
After pasting, click submit. If the process was successful, you will see a Collection Synced notice, meaning that you now have your MARVEL SNAP Collection uploaded to Untapped.gg.
If you get an error message, please try again, making sure you don't take more than 45 seconds between Signing in and submitting the copied URL since this URL expires.
What's Next?
After finishing this process, you should now see a "Sync Now" button on our pages. After you acquire a new card, just click it and your MARVEL SNAP Collection will be synced with Untapped.gg
If you ever want to unlink your account. You can do it easily from your MARVEL SNAP Profile settings in your Account Settings. Just click the "Unlink Account" button and that's it. You can always re-link it following the same process you did the first time.
