Unless you indicate it otherwise, your Untapped.gg Premium Subscription should auto-renew. If you want to end your subscription please follow these steps:

Visit the Subscription tab in the Account and Billing menu on your Account Settings page, or click the button below.

You should see a "Do Not Renew" button to cancel your subscription. This process will not make you lose any Premium Subscription days you have left. You will still have access to the Premium features until the end date shown.

If you've stopped using our product, forgot to cancel the subscription and an unexpected payment happened recently, please contact us as soon as possible at support@untapped.gg
